GCSE - Walking - Talking Mocks

Our GCSE candidates sat Walking Talking Mocks (WTM) in Maths yesterday. The purpose of the WTM is to help the candidates build their confidence in answering exam type questions in the environment that they will find themselves in the summer when they sit their GCSEs.

The candidates sat in the same seats that they will be sat in the summer and making them feel familiar with the environment will boost their confidence.

Mr Sadiq (Head of Maths) did a fantastic job in going through the exam rubrics and deconstructing the exam questions for the candidates. Many of them left the WTM saying that they now felt more confident and ready to tackle the mock exam next week and ultimately their GCSEs in the summer.
