Attendance Award

teddy bearEvery week we award the classtrophy with the best attendance with the Attendance Ted for KS1 or the Attendance Cup for KS2. The children get to look after them for the whole week! The �Best Class Attendance� award for LAST WEEK Monday 2 - Friday 6 October goes to:

Kinetic Theatre

KS1/KS2 will be taking part in a science workshop called Bunsen Towers on Monday. This is a great opportunity to bring science to life in a fun and interactive way.

Packed Lunches

Packed lunches are welcome in school but they must be healthy. This means chocolate, fizzy drinks and sweets are not allowed. Lunches should contain a sandwich, fruit, yoghurt and juice. Thanks for your support.
Year 4 Hall Pace Trip
Year 4 will be visiting Hall Place, Bexley on Tuesday 26 September to study the rich and poor Tudors.
Family Learning Week
Another reminder about Family Learning Week which will be held Monday 9 October 2006 - Friday 13 October 2006. Information will be sent out next week by Catherine Allen, Family Liaison Officer.
11+ Exams for Year 6
The opening times for children arriving at school are as follows:
  • 8.30am gates open
  • 8.40am staff on duty in playground
  • 8.45am whistle blown to line up
  • 8.50am registration in class
Parents are responsible for their children until 8.40am when staff go on duty. It is not acceptable to drop children off and leave them unattended before 8.30am depending on their age. We will be phoning parents of children left unattended in the mornings.
