Why Choose Us?

No Goal is beyond our Reach!

The Business Academy Bexley is not just another school.

It is a publicly funded independent Academy, which is owned and managed by a charitable trust.  Independent of the local authority, The Business Academy Bexley is the government's flagship Academy.

The Primary School is a 2+ form entry school and , together with the neighbourhood nursery and the Secondary School, provides continuity of education from 3 months to 18 years old.

At the Academy we value effort, teamwork and leadership as essential qualities for success.

Our motto is 'No Goal is beyond our Reach' and our unswervingly high expectations have contributed to our progress and success.  We are extremely proud of our Senior Students and Subject Prefects from Years 7 - 13.  Their voices are making a difference in areas that really matter such as teaching and learning, the provision of clubs and activities, the mentoring and support for new and existing students and the environment and resources available to them.

We see education as a partnership and believe in strong links between school and home.  We welcome and value your involvement and participation in the life of the Academy and the education of your child.

" The school has a good relationship with parents and I'm kept informed about my child's progress."  Parent

We are very proud of our Primary School and believe that all the children can be encouraged to do their best and achieve well in this positive, hard-working, educational community before progressing to our Secondary School of which we are equally proud.

Our curriculum is well matched to students' needs, with a wide range of courses available for all abilities, including the most able and students who require additional support in learning.  A personalised and diverse curriculum enables us to ensure our learners develop the broad range of skills they need to meet the challenges of the future.

"The school promotes students' spiritual, moral, social and cultural development exceptionally well and this has a significant impact on the positive values that students develop."  Ofsted
